The NLRB wouldn't be a disaster if labor policies didn't disappear under Republican administrations. The EPA could do its job if the right-wing elected/appointed crowd hadn't slammed on the brakes for the last 7 years. And, most topically, Adelstein and Copps could do good work enforcing Net Neutrality--if only we the people would let President Obama/Clinton give them a third colleague who sees the difference between the public interest and corporate bottom lines.
